We are super proud of everything Fizzy Living has achieved as London’s first professional landlord – we now provide over 1,000 homes for rent – and never rest on our laurels. As we approached our 12th birthday it seemed an ideal moment to zhoosh things up and become even more relevant to our wonderful community of residents.

And where was the best place to start? From the ground up, of course! No one could ever accuse Fizzy of being bland, but neither are we brash. By introducing a carefully chosen palette of joyful, bold tones throughout the communal spaces of our properties we have pepped up our look with a confident contemporary design that is warm and inviting.

It’s all about building on the foundations of what our residents already love about Fizzy.
